COACHING
Gill is an experienced coach who coaches senior staff in the NHS, Private and Voluntary Sector.
She has a person-centred approach working with clients to create meaningful and purposeful change. She has a calm but incisive approach using conventional coaching approaches as well as Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment.
FACILITATION
Gill works with a variety of clients to design and deliver sessions that meet their requirements. She co-designs sessions with clients so that they can get the most out of bringing teams and systems together. This co-design process is enhanced because of Gill’s understanding of consulting with people in organisations and teams. Her skills around facilitation and working with people in a creative way lead to tangible outcomes for clients.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Gill is an accredited mediator Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). She set up a dispute resolution service for General Practices in London post accreditation in 2009. Gill now provides workplace mediation services, conflict coaching, mediation and managing conflict training as part of her consultancy and regularly mediates as a volunteer for Mediation Hertfordshire. Gill’s approach is to use her skills as a mediator to help clients create workable solutions and agreement. She is a member of the Civil Mediation Council.
ABOUT
Gill established Crosspath Consulting Ltd in 2016 to offer organisations development services a wider number of organisations (NHS, Voluntary sector and private).
Gill has over 30 years’ experience in health care as; a clinician, manager, health commissioner, educator, facilitator, leader and senior nurse in the NHS. She worked predominantly in the Primary and Community Care sector until 2016 but since then has consulted for NHS England, Health Education England, NHS Trusts, voluntary sector organisations and has recently been an Associate Professor at the Health Services Management Centre at the University of Birmingham.
Gill is a Trustee of Mediation Hertfordshire, The Eaton Fund and is a non-executive Director of Risky Business.
